  • Adapt training materials and learning packages to meet quality, academic standards, and certification criteria.
  • Coordinate with partner organizations and beneficiaries to prepare for program delivery.
  • Prepare key data, including program statistics and evaluation reports.
  • Conduct research to provide necessary input for training tools and exercises.
  • Assist with outreach and communication strategies for the unit.
  • Support procurement processes, such as creating purchase requests and comparative statements.
  • Implement e-learning courses, workshops, webinars, and face-to-face training activities.
  • Tasks may be adjusted during the traineeship to reflect changing program needs and priorities.
